Terms of service
These terms cover the UK tender keyword report sold by GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335), and the free tender lists and data feeds on this site. A product of GPT Shop Ltd.
The report
For one fixed fee (£25 or $32) we search our dataset of UK public sector notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder for one keyword set of up to 10 terms, UK-wide or for one UK region, and email you a CSV and a PDF. The report lists open notices that match, buyer contact details only where the buyer published them on the notice, and a short pipeline and recent-awards section. One keyword set per purchase.
Your part
After payment, email your keywords and optional region to [email protected] (or reply to your Stripe receipt), using or quoting the email address you paid with so we can match the order. Delivery time starts when we receive that email.
Delivery
We email the report within 24 hours of receiving your keywords, Monday to Friday (UK working days). If your keywords match no open notices, we send the empty report with a short note, and you can ask for a refund instead.
What we do not do
The report is information, not advice. We do not write, price or submit bids, we do not search private or login-only procurement portals, and we cannot guarantee that you will win any contract. Notices can change or be withdrawn after we send the report: always check the official notice before you bid.
Refunds
You get a full refund if we cannot deliver a usable report for your keywords, or if you cancel before we start work. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 2 business days of our decision. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data and licence
Notice data is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder, Crown copyright). You may reuse it under that licence. This service is not affiliated with the UK Government.
Free lists and data feeds
The free pages under /uk-tenders/ and the free JSON and CSV feed under /api/uk-tenders/ are provided as-is, without any guarantee of completeness or availability. Please keep automated use polite (about 1 request per minute); we may block heavy automated use.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
