Privacy notice

GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335) is the controller for the personal data described here. It covers the UK tender keyword report, the free tender lists under /uk-tenders/ and the free data feed under /api/uk-tenders/.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe processes your payment and shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We never see your full card number. When you email us your keywords, we keep that email, the keywords and the region you choose. The order link may carry a short traffic-source label (for example which page you came from); it contains no personal data.

Free pages and data feed

The free pages and feed need no account. Page visits are counted with cookieless, aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics. Requests to the data feed are counted in aggregate by our host, Cloudflare; we do not build profiles of who calls it.

Buyer contact details in reports

Reports include buyer contact details only where a public body published them on its notice under the Open Government Licence. Names that may belong to private individuals are not repeated.

Why

To deliver your order, handle refunds and support, and meet tax and accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and our email and hosting providers (Cloudflare). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

Order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Keyword emails and delivered reports for 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

These pages set no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The thanks page may read a Stripe session_id from the URL only in your browser to show a confirmation.
