Terms of service
These terms cover the “Spreadsheet to live ops dashboard in 5 days” service sold by GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335). A product of GPT Shop Ltd.
The service
For one fixed fee (£495 VAT included, or $595) we build one ops dashboard from your CSV or Excel exports, with up to 6 views, at least 2 filters, shared-password access, a hosted link (or files for you to host), a setup README, and one revision round requested within 14 days of delivery. Delivery is within 5 working days of a complete brief (sample file, agreed views and filters).
Free preview
If you request a free preview, you send one export and we send a working preview of a dashboard shaped to your columns within 1 working day. The preview is not the finished hosted product and does not start the 5-day delivery clock or create a payment obligation.
What we decline
We do not accept HIPAA, PCI or other regulated personal data for this service. We do not build live connectors, SSO, magic-link login, multi-file joins or more than 6 views under this fixed fee. If we decline your brief before work starts, we refund any payment in full.
Refunds
You get a full refund to the original payment method if we cannot deliver the agreed dashboard within 5 working days of a complete brief, or if you cancel before we start. If the delivered dashboard fails the agreed acceptance checks (row count within ±1% of your source, views match the brief, re-upload refreshes numbers), you choose a full refund or one free remediation pass of up to 3 working days.
Your data
You are responsible for sending only data you are allowed to share. Prefer anonymised or redacted exports. We delete our copies of your files within 30 days of delivery or earlier on request. See our privacy notice.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
