Terms of service
These terms cover the Offline KPI Dashboard digital download sold by GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335). A product of GPT Shop Ltd.
The product
For one fixed fee you receive an instant download of a ZIP archive containing the Offline KPI Dashboard HTML application, sample data, setup guides and a single-business commercial licence. Delivery is the download link shown on the post-payment thanks page.
Licence
You may use the software for your own business (including your employees and contractors working for that business). You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the files, or publish them as a competing product.
Refunds
This is a digital download. Once the download has started, refunds are not offered, except if the ZIP file is corrupt or incomplete — email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we will replace the file or refund you. Please read the product page “Not included” section before buying.
No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
The software summarises CSV rows you provide. It is not accounting, forecasting or BI software. It is provided as described on the product page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
