GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335) is the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe processes your payment and shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We never see your full card number. We do not receive or store the CSV files you open in the dashboard — those stay on your computer.

Why

To deliver your download, handle support and refunds for corrupt files, and meet tax and accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

Order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Support emails for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This product page sets no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The thanks page may read a Stripe session_id from the URL only in your browser to show a soft confirmation. Visits may be counted with cookieless, aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics.
